2.3 Data Backup
While we provide certain backup services, it is your responsibility to maintain your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for any data loss or corruption that occurs during hosting.
3. VPS Hosting Specific Rules
3.1 System Administration
As a VPS customer, you are responsible for managing and maintaining your virtual server environment. This includes installing and updating software, managing security, and configuring server settings.
3.2 Resource Limits
You must adhere to the resource limits associated with your VPS plan. Excessive use of CPU, memory, or bandwidth may result in additional charges or throttling to ensure fair usage for all customers.
3.3 Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your VPS environment. This includes managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and ensuring that your server is not compromised by unauthorized access or malicious activity.
4. Enforcement and Consequences
4.1 Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor the use of our services to ensure compliance with this AUP. Any violations may result in actions including, but not limited to, warnings, suspension of services, or termination of your account.
4.2 Reporting Violations

4.3 Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the suspension or termination of services.
